Sugarbeet havesting is a two step process. First the green leafy tops must be removed, then the beets are pulled from the ground. The beets are then offloaded into a truck to be taken to the sugar plant. In this picture the tractor has the sugarbeet havester attached. Another tractor with a beet topper has already been by this point.
