Subject: The bang and the clatter as an angel runs to ground
Last week Michael McCarty took it. That leaves just Pete and myself as yellow
badges in Flint, which means there will be practically no stopping the Michigan
Tech reminisces during lunch. We had a retirement lunch for Michael and Eric
both last Thursday at the Forbidden City/Empress of China restaurant on Dort
Highway. Granted, the Empress has some big tables, but we can fit our entire
retirement luncheon party at one table now.
I'm going to miss the old mick. For an old guy, he didn't seem that *old*. I
mean, dating your ex-wife has got to be a mistake only a young guy would make.
